Instead of pricing each task individually or tracking hours, you get one technician for the day at a clear, flat daily rate, allowing work to move quickly and strategically.

How It Works
1. One Technician for the Day
A skilled, professional technician is assigned exclusively to your property for the full workday (up to 8 hours). The focus is on completing as many agreed-upon items as possible during that time.
2. One Clear Daily Price
The $850 day rate covers labor for up to 8 hoursโno hourly guessing, no clock-watching, and no surprise labor charges. This makes budgeting and approvals simple and predictable.
3. Materials Billed Separately
Materials are billed separately based on actual usage and are fully itemized. You may supply materials yourself or have us provide themโeither option is discussed in advance for transparency.
4. Defined Scope of Work
A punch list or task list is reviewed prior to or at the start of the job. Work is prioritized to maximize productivity and complete the most critical items first.
5. Work Beyond Scope = Additional Day
If the scope of work exceeds what can reasonably be completed in one day, additional days can be scheduled at the same daily rate. Any extensions are discussed clearly before continuing.

There's no way to adequately say enough positive things about Taj Ali. LLD., but I will try. First , he and his crew were timely and professional in estimating our job, providing a written cost contract and also in performing and completing the job on the timetable promised. Second, the quality of the work was superb. In addition to two rather large ceiling holes caused by water damage, we had numerous large str,ess cracks caused by a six-sided room with a cathedral ceiling. The repairs were so good it was difficult to tell there had ever been any damage in the ceiling even before it had been repainted. Third, l can't recall ever working with anyone as easy to work with as Mr. Ali and his crew. He was flexible and accommodating trying to work within my budget and has a very engaging and delightful personality. Would I hire Mr. Ali and his company again? Yes, and in fact I already have. He had told me he was experienced in providing any type of work except foundation and roof repairs. Thus, I hired him to replace kitchen shelves under our kitchen sink and adjacent cabinets. I was left my parentsโ house that was built in 1964. Most of the house was in good condition, but one room needed new subflooring, the outside trim and perimeter foundation needed repair and paint and multiple other projects, ie. seal cracks, clean chimney. All I can say is wow, we just bought a brand new house, so we wanna the house painted and fix couple of chandeliers for us. Some of the work we needed included: patch and painting interior of home (walls and trim), replacing a couple damaged wood floor panels (we did not have spare wood panels, so this had to be matched from scratch - awesome job!), removing 3d wallpaper, seal wood floors, and other handyman work around home. Taj did an excellent job patching the holes in my walls, and laying new tile on my floor. I did not have all of the correct tiles, but Taj blended it and you couldnโt tell that theyโre were 2 different tiles. He also agreed to come back to put my toilet back in place free of charge on his day off. His professionalism and expertise was evident in everything he did! I definitely will be using him again.
