My sister and I are visiting our mother for the holidays and saw multiple smalls repairs needed. We looked at a LOT of handyman services on the BBB and through Google Reviews to try to make sure we found someone knowledgeable and trustworthy. We contacted PropertiFix online for an estimate and paid the fee. They promptly contacted us to schedule a visit. Taj was on time for the visit and provided feedback about each project we requested, including which would have an easy solution we could do ourselves and save some money. He provided an itemized invoice for the estimate. He completed the work quickly and showed us how he fixed things, and demonstrated the repair (ex: running water to show leaky sink is fixed).

They were very professional and had so many great ideas in upgrading my house. Very knowledgeable in his work. They painted our front room, dining, kitchen and one bedroom and the paint job was amazing. Taj said we should think about an accent wall in the kitchen and upgrading the light fixtures and we absolutely love it. We will definitely be using them again.

Taj and his guys were excellent, and I couldn’t recommend them enough. I needed the rotted trim around my house to be replaced, and he went above and beyond. He replaced the fascia boards, recalled all the joints, and sealed any gaps around the house. His pricing was very fair and they were able to do it all quickly. I’ll be using Propertifix again in the future. My only regret is that I waited so long to call them- I should’ve done this years ago!

I was left my parents’ house that was built in 1964. Most of the house was in good condition, but one room needed new subflooring, the outside trim and perimeter foundation needed repair and paint and multiple other projects, ie. seal cracks, clean chimney. I was only able to be in the Dallas in the beginning project, so Taj communicated via FaceTime and pictures so I could see the progress. Propertifix performed all jobs, large and small, with excellent craftsmanship. They did what they said they would do and as a consumer, I appreciate that! I was very pleased with the work and efficiency and would highly recommend Propertifix for virtually any job you have at your house.

There's no way to adequately say enough positive things about Taj Ali. LLD., but I will try. First , he and his crew were timely and professional in estimating our job, providing a written cost contract and also in performing and completing the job on the timetable promised. Second, the quality of the work was superb. In addition to two rather large ceiling holes caused by water damage, we had numerous large str,ess cracks caused by a six-sided room with a cathedral ceiling. The repairs were so good it was difficult to tell there had ever been any damage in the ceiling even before it had been repainted. Third, l can't recall ever working with anyone as easy to work with as Mr. Ali and his crew. He was flexible and accommodating trying to work within my budget and has a very engaging and delightful personality. Would I hire Mr. Ali and his company again? Yes, and in fact I already have. He had told me he was experienced in providing any type of work except foundation and roof repairs. Thus, I hired him to replace kitchen shelves under our kitchen sink and adjacent cabinets. The results were even better than I expected. I know all of the above superlatives about Mr. Ali and his company sound too good to be true, but I assure you they are . HE IS ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING IN ALL RESPECTS! I definitely would refer him to anyone needing repairs. Karen Lee

They were timely, communicated well, waisted no time getting the work done, were friendly, courteous, and most of all, respected my home and its contents. I had a hole cut in my drywall by a plumber to determine a water leak. Taj and his team completed the drywall repair. I was amazed at the finished product. There are absolute no tell-tale signs that the drywall was disturbed. In addition, Taj and his worker insured that their work area was clean before leaving and that everything was done to my complete satisfaction. What a pleasure to work with individuals who take pride in their work and who care about their customers. Fantastic work Propertifix👍🏾.

This was one of the few companies that would even provide an estimate on this small job, i.e., install a microwave. He was responsive and communicated via text when he was leaving and when he would arrive. He did a quality job expeditiously. Had some cracks in the drywall. Came out the next day to give me a quote. Definitely where I wanted to spend. Guy came 9am and started working ASAP! No time was wasted. He was good! Had over 10 cracks prepped, house prepped, filled, sanded, textured in 7 hours! Plan on hiring again in the future.

All I can say is wow, we just bought a brand new house, so we wanna the house painted and fix couple of chandeliers for us. We called some other handyman that don’t know what they were doing they messed up our ceilings and did not paint the house right, which I wasn’t happy about do I called this guys to fix the ceiling which they did an amazing job. Almost like the way it was. Trust me when I tell you they did a great job they sure did. For one I am a very picky lady for me to be saying this they sure did. Will be calling them again soon to paint the whole house.

Taj did an excellent job patching the holes in my walls, and laying new tile on my floor. I did not have all of the correct tiles, but Taj blended it and you couldn’t tell that they’re were 2 different tiles. He also agreed to come back to put my toilet back in place free of charge on his day off. His professionalism and expertise was evident in everything he did! I definitely will be using him again.
