There's no way to adequately say enough positive things about Taj Ali. LLD., but I will try. First , he and his crew were timely and professional in estimating our job, providing a written cost contract and also in performing and completing the job on the timetable promised. Second, the quality of the work was superb. In addition to two rather large ceiling holes caused by water damage, we had numerous large str,ess cracks caused by a six-sided room with a cathedral ceiling. The repairs were so good it was difficult to tell there had ever been any damage in the ceiling even before it had been repainted. Third, l can't recall ever working with anyone as easy to work with as Mr. Ali and his crew. He was flexible and accommodating trying to work within my budget and has a very engaging and delightful personality. Would I hire Mr. Ali and his company again? Yes, and in fact I already have. He had told me he was experienced in providing any type of work except foundation and roof repairs. Thus, I hired him to replace kitchen shelves under our kitchen sink and adjacent cabinets. The results were even better than I expected. I know all of the above superlatives about Mr. Ali and his company sound too good to be true, but I assure you they are . They were timely, communicated well, waisted no time getting the work done, were friendly, courteous, and most of all, respected my home and its contents. I had a hole cut in my drywall by a plumber to determine a water leak. Taj and his team completed the drywall repair. I was amazed at the finished product. There are absolute no tell-tale signs that the drywall was disturbed. We found Propertifix on Thumbtack. Some of the work we needed included: patch and painting interior of home (walls and trim), replacing a couple damaged wood floor panels (we did not have spare wood panels, so this had to be matched from scratch - awesome job!), removing 3d wallpaper, seal wood floors, and other handyman work around home. I was left my parents’ house that was built in 1964. Most of the house was in good condition, but one room needed new subflooring, the outside trim and perimeter foundation needed repair and paint and multiple other projects, ie. seal cracks, clean chimney. I was only able to be in the Dallas in the beginning project, so Taj communicated via FaceTime and pictures so I could see the progress. Propertifix performed all jobs, large and small, with excellent craftsmanship. They did what they said they would do and as a consumer, I appreciate that!
