Work Order Policy: For service requests with an authorization limit, Propertifix will diagnose the reported issue and complete qualifying work when possible. If the required work exceeds the authorized amount, we will provide our findings and request approval before proceeding. Work outside the submitted request or approved limit requires separate authorization.
