The work was performed professionally. He did not waste time and did a great job repairing 2 closets. One is in the master bedroom; the other is a coat closet. He was polite, professional, and prompt. I highly recommend this company.

Some of the work we needed included: patch and painting interior of home (walls and trim), replacing a couple damaged wood floor panels (we did not have spare wood panels, so this had to be matched from scratch - awesome job!), removing 3d wallpaper, seal wood floors, and other handyman work around home. Taj and his team delivered quality work ahead of schedule.

There's no way to adequately say enough positive things about Taj Ali. LLD., but I will try. First , he and his crew were timely and professional in estimating our job, providing a written cost contract and also in performing and completing the job on the timetable promised. Second, the quality of the work was superb. In addition to two rather large ceiling holes caused by water damage, we had numerous large str,ess cracks caused by a six-sided room with a cathedral ceiling. The repairs were so good it was difficult to tell there had ever been any damage in the ceiling even before it had been repainted. Third, l can't recall ever working with anyone as easy to work with as Mr. Ali and his crew. He was flexible and accommodating trying to work within my budget and has a very engaging and delightful personality. Would I hire Mr. Ali and his company again? Yes, and in fact I already have. He had told me he was experienced in providing any type of work except foundation and roof repairs. Thus, I hired him to replace kitchen shelves under our kitchen sink and adjacent cabinets. The results were even better than I expected. I know all of the above superlatives about Mr. Ali and his company sound too good to be true, but I assure you they are . HE IS ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING IN ALL RESPECTS! I definitely would refer him to anyone needing repairs. Karen Lee

All I can say is wow, we just bought a brand new house, so we wanna the house painted and fix couple of chandeliers for us. We called some other handyman that don’t know what they were doing they messed up our ceilings and did not paint the house right, which I wasn’t happy about do I called this guys to fix the ceiling which they did an amazing job. Almost like the way it was. Trust me when I tell you they did a great job they sure did. For one I am a very picky lady for me to be saying this they sure did. Will be calling them again soon to paint the whole house.

I reached out to Taj for a repair request needed for a flower bed faucet. He was able to get it back working flawlessly and I have had no issues since then. We will not hesitate to use him for future issues and repairs!

I was left my parents’ house that was built in 1964. Most of the house was in good condition, but one room needed new subflooring, the outside trim and perimeter foundation needed repair and paint and multiple other projects, ie. seal cracks, clean chimney. I was only able to be in the Dallas in the beginning project, so Taj communicated via FaceTime and pictures so I could see the progress. Propertifix performed all jobs, large and small, with excellent craftsmanship. They did what they said they would do and as a consumer, I appreciate that! I was very pleased with the work and efficiency and would highly recommend Propertifix for virtually any job you have at your house.

Had some cracks in the drywall. Came out the next day to give me a quote. Definitely where I wanted to spend. Guy came 9am and started working ASAP! No time was wasted. He was good! Had over 10 cracks prepped, house prepped, filled, sanded, textured in 7 hours! Plan on hiring again in the future.

This was the easiest, drama-free, home repair service I’ve had in sometime. Taj was professional and got the job done. My repair was minor but he treated it with the same care as a major repair.

Taj did an excellent job patching the holes in my walls, and laying new tile on my floor. I did not have all of the correct tiles, but Taj blended it and you couldn’t tell that they’re were 2 different tiles.
