      I was left my parents’ house that was built in 1964. Most of the house was in good condition, but one room needed new subflooring, the outside trim and perimeter foundation needed repair and paint and multiple other projects, ie. seal cracks, clean chimney. I was only able to be in the Dallas in the beginning project, so Taj communicated via FaceTime and pictures so I could see the progress. Propertifix performed all jobs, large and small, with excellent craftsmanship. They did what they said they would do and as a consumer, I appreciate that! I was very pleased with the work and efficiency and would highly recommend Propertifix for virtually any job you have at your house.

A: We provide a full range of handyman and home renovation services, including plumbing, painting, drywall, flooring, appliance installation, kitchen and bathroom remodels, and monthly maintenance plans for homeowners and property managers.


We charge a $49 service fee for estimates or quick handyman visits. This covers the visit and initial consultation. All work is priced separately by the task—not hourly—so you’ll never overpay.


The $49 covers a 30-minute visit for quick fixes or an on-site estimate. Additional work is billed per service or repair item.


Yes! If your visit turns into a work order, the $49 can be credited toward your total service invoice (same-day or scheduled).


Yes, Propertifix is fully licensed and insured for your peace of mind.


Yes. A written estimate is $49. For insurance-related repairs or detailed renovation quotes, our written estimate fee is $149–$249 depending on scope.


We handle everything from small fixes to full renovations. Whether it’s patching drywall or remodeling your kitchen, Propertifix has you covered.


You can, but we also provide materials at competitive rates. A $25 pickup fee applies if we retrieve materials for your job.


Absolutely! We provide property maintenance assessments and repairs for property managers, real estate agents, and investors.


Yes! We offer residential and commercial maintenance plans starting at $149/month. Plans include monthly checkups, seasonal maintenance, and discounted repair rates.
